You can pay little for routine heating and air-conditioning maintenance or pay alot later for major repairs. Without routine maintenance on your air conditioner or heating system, it will lose its efficency for each year of operation. A routine service check should include but not be limited to inspecting or cleaning of evaporator and condenser coils, replacement of belts or drives, grease and lubricate all moving parts like motors and bearings, clean and treat drain pans and drain lines, check and test electrical components as well as aperage draws, check refrigerant pressures and complete operation of system.
